Vasiliki is Of Counsel in the EU data regulatory practice. She specializes in advising clients on digital regulatory issues, including under:

  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and E-Privacy rules
  • The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and NIS2 Directive
  • The Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act)
  • The Digital Service Acts (DSA)


Vasiliki regularly provides strategic and practical guidance to start-ups and multinational corporations, specializing in all-around counselling to data driven sectors and interactions with data protection authorities.

Education & Admissions

Vasiliki is Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Athens in 2001 and her doctoral studies at the University of Heidelberg, Germany in 2006, both with distinction. In 2018, she was a Visiting College Research Associate at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. She is the author of three books, including one on data privacy, as well as of numerous scientific articles and contributions on various aspects of public law.
